The seaside is still a great place to visit even when the sun isn't shining, and this little tot is well buttoned up against the coastal breezes.  He was having a lovely time running around with the family dog, and I couldn't resist painting them together.

This image is already in use as a Greetings Card, and so cannot be used as a Limited Edition Print.  However, it is available as an un-numbered Open Edition Print, which is reflected in it's lower price point.
